Actually, this very surrogate mother already gave birth once several years ago, she delivered baby girl for another clients of ours, a couple from Cyprus. Time passed and SM contacted us again and confirmed her readiness to start surrogacy program with our help one more time. Right at the same time we were addressed by a wonderful couple, and we thought this SM would be a perfect match for them…
… So it turned out our intuition won us another pregnancy, this time for M.R.G.G. and J.P.L.P. from Tenerife, Spain. Our congratulations to you guys and sweet expectancy period!!!

We congratulate the couple from sunny Cyprus with the confirmed pregnancy of their surrogate mother. They are lucky to have it happen from the very first attempt and everything went right according to the plan.
The communication with N.N. and C.N. was easy from the very beginning, they entrusted it all in our hands and cooperated in every possible way, which is always a great relief ;) So we impatiently waited for the first ultrasound and were excited to send them good news. We hope the expectancy period will go smoothly for you.
P.S. The only thing is that when you come to Ukraine to pick up your baby, make sure to bring warm clothes, Ukraine is not Cyprus! ☺))
Surrogate mother pregnant for the couple from Portugal
One more absolutely adorable couple from Portugal addressed us a while ago with the request to help them find a good surrogate mother.
H.A. and A.A. have struggled a lot and their story is a story of loss and bravery. Their first attempt was not successful, but they did not give up and persevered with their treatment.
We were happy to inform them several weeks ago that their surrogate mother is pregnant! The HCG levels were high, and we were a little bit concerned though. Her first ultrasound showed that she was carrying triplets, and Dr Kotlik prescribed immediate reduction of one fetus. Luckily, the reduction went well and SM feels good.
Now H.A. and A.A. are expectant parents of twins, and we send you guys our warmest wishes and are excited to see your cuties just in nine months!
France forced to accept babies born from surrogate mothers abroad
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has ordered France to recognize children born to surrogate mothers abroad even though surrogacy is banned on French territory. Refusal to do so undermines children’s identity.
ECHR ordered the French state to pay compensations to families of children who fought with French government until the winning end.
The French government later confirmed it will not appeal the ECHR ruling. The ruling, which applies to all 47 member of the European Court of Human Rights, means that all those countries automatically must recognize the parental rights of parents who have a genetic connection to their children born through surrogacy abroad, and grant citizenship to the child, as this is in the best interests of the child.

The story of A.M.C. and M.C.P. from Spain is quite emotional. She was immensely afraid of all medical procedures after her uterus was removed due to evil disease. For years she was sure that she could not become a mother, because surrogacy in Spain is not something that is widely approved, rather vice versa. The couple searched all possibilities and finally wanted to do surrogacy program in India, but abruptly India has closed for all countries where surrogacy is prohibited by law. Luckily, Ukrainian legislation is much more favorable and the couple learned about it after speaking to our good friend who is a lawyer in Barcelona. In the end they ended up sitting in front of me in our office and watching me with hope that I will never forget. This is how it started.
I remember going to the egg pick-up with her, I remember her crying out of fear and holding my hand. I remember her joy when a lot of eggs were collected from her and I remember how happy she was when I wrote to her that twins are on their way… Now it seems that all those months of waiting were just a short moment until A.M.C. and M.C.P. came back to Ukraine to be present during the birth of their babies. In several days after they arrived, surrogate mother started her premature labor.
I rarely am present during births, usually Marina or Julia accompany couples to the hospital, but this time I felt it was me who should be there with A.M.C. It was 35th week, for two babies quite an early term, taking into account that each of them was 2 kgs when they were finally born. It was a great moment though, I felt like I accomplished yet again something important in my life, when I saw A.M.C. cry with happy tears. The baby girls were born prematurely and they had to stay in a hospital under watchful supervision of doctors for another week. But they seem to be as strong as their lovely mother, so yesterday they were discharged and now I bet she is singing some lullabies to them, nurturing them in her loving hands.
This is how I stayed with them from the moment of egg pick-up and until the moment of birth, and I have no idea why, but I feel that this very program became very special to me, near to private, and I feel proud for me, for our Agency, for happy parents and for two strong young ladies who very soon will learn to smile just as beautifully as their mother.

Ukraine voted! We thank all our clients for your trust and support!
Since several months ago some of our couples who were about to start the program with our Agency, decided to postpone due to the unclear political situation in Ukraine. We respect their opinion, but at the same time we informed them that this would not influence their surrogacy programs in any way.
On the contrary, there were a lot of couples who trusted in us and gave their whole moral support, and entered the surrogacy arrangements in spite of all the news they heard and watched in their countries.
Yesterday was an important day for Ukraine, the attendance of people who wanted to vote was incredible, there were queues everywhere in the voting places.
After all, late in the evening, people greeted each other in the streets, excited that Ukraine held the elections despite all of the pressure we had during past several months.

Dr Vladimir Kotlik whose opinion we respect a lot recommended a reduction of one fetus and we were cautious to announce any news before the reduction is done.
Luckily, everything went well and surrogate mother now carries two babies, feels great and looks forward to smooth and calm nine pregnancy months.

It took us quite long to prepare everything this time, as soon as we had to organize and coordinate arrival of the dark-skinned egg donor from South Africa to donate for you in Ukraine. But you were amazingly patient and your calmness and trust brought you wonderful result, this pregnancy from the very first attempt!

That is really great news to share, especially with the luck of this very surrogate mother candidate. She is an experienced lady, several years ago she gave birth to twins for another couple of ours and now she again is pregnant with twins ☺
Sometimes we wonder whether such cases, as this one is coincidence or luck or fate…
But whatever the reason we are happy for M.A.P.M. and G.Z.M.C. from Valencia, Spain. It is their second attempt and we are happy that it worked finally after so much efforts and careful preparations.
